Bring your four-legged friend with you on your Scottish adventure. It’s not a holiday if they can’t come too, right?
With so many outdoor activities, trails and beaches across Scotland, not to mention all that fresh air, it really is an amazing place for dogs to enjoy, as well as you. If you don’t tire them out after a day’s romp then they will probably tire you out! You can easily spend the whole day walking (and running) in the great Scottish outdoors.
More and more dog owners want to experience their holiday with their dog, and what better way to do it than by staying in a hostel? Many of our hostels are pleased to welcome friendly, well-behaved dogs.
Our hostels will make your dog feel right at home, with warm cosy rooms to dry off after a day of adventure along with their owners. They may even have the chance to lie down in front of a roaring fire. A happy pooch means a happy owner!
Each and every hostel is unique, so it's always best to check with the hostel before you make your booking to ensure it has everything you expect for your four-legged friend. Bear in mind that some terms and conditions may apply to ensure the comfort of other guests.
If you want to find which of our hostels take dogs, you can see the full list below or use our search facility.
If you are walking or cycling the Great Glen Way we are just minutes from the track, one mile north of Laggan Locks - either one or two days' walk...
